Virtual Attendee Orientation $7,500
Held virtually before the meeting
In exchange for sponsoring the Virtual Attendee Orientation, the sponsoring company will receive:
- Acknowledgment of sponsorship and corporate logo on all marketing materials
- Acknowledgment of sponsorship including corporate logo on webinar player
- Acknowledgment on orientation website
- 3–5 minutes at the beginning of orientation to welcome attendees

Friday, April 10–Monday, April 13
Diamond Level/Tiered multiple sponsor
In exchange for sponsoring the ASOA Networking Lounge at the Diamond Level, the sponsoring companies will receive:
- A tabletop exhibit in the ASOA Networking Lounge on Friday, April 10–Monday, April 13
- Inclusion in the ASOA Braindate application
Note: The Braindate platform is intended for educational and market research discussions, not for hard sales pitches. - 10-minute presentation in the Corporate Corner theater located in the ASOA Networking Lounge
- Acknowledgment of sponsorship and corporate logo on all marketing materials

$7,500 if exhibiting in the ASCRS Exhibit Hall and ASOA Networking Lounge
$10,000 if only exhibiting in the ASOA Networking Lounge
In exchange for sponsoring the ASOA Networking Lounge at the Gold Level, the sponsoring companies will receive:
- A tabletop exhibit in the ASOA Networking Lounge on Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12
- Acknowledgment of sponsorship and corporate logo on all marketing materials
- Acknowledgment of sponsorship including corporate logo on signage at the event
ASOA General Sessions $10,000/3 spots available
In exchange for sponsoring the ASOA General Session, the sponsoring company will receive:
- Recognition in all marketing materials
- Recognition in General Session signage
- 3–5 minutes of podium time at the General Session to introduce keynote speaker; may be shown as a video if not able to attend meeting (ASOA must review and approve the recorded video content prior to the event)
- Reserved seating for sponsor personnel at the General Session
- Acknowledgment on General Session walk-in slides

A Lunch and Learn sponsorship allows the sponsor to create a program that will be free to all ASOA Annual Meeting attendees. In exchange for sponsoring a Lunch and Learn, the sponsoring company will receive:
- Recognition in all marketing materials
- Acknowledgment on walk-in slides
- 2 marketing emails sent to attendees to promote
the program - 2 social media posts on ASOA’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
