Administrative Eyecare 40 Under 40ish Program
Program Overview
Administrative Eyecare is launching a special program to recognize the excellence and contributions of up-and-coming administrators. The list will be made up of practice leaders under 45 years old who have demonstrated expertise and impact in the field.
The group, chosen by their peers, will be featured across multiple Administrative Eyecare platforms.
Program Deliverables
The Administrative Eyecare 40 Under 40ish Program will include:
Editorial & Print
- Feature profiles of honorees in a future issue of Administrative Eyecare
- A 2-page spread in a future issue of Administrative Eyecare recognizing sponsors
Digital & Video Content
- Individual 3-minute video profiles for each honoree
- Videos featured on a dedicated page on the ASOA website
- Distribution of video content to ASOA members via email and social media
- Ongoing archival hosting on the website
- Inclusion of sponsor banners and logos within digital placements
Live Event Recognition
- Honoree reception at the 2026 American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) Annual Meeting
- Each honoree will receive a commemorative plaque
- Acknowledgement of sponsors on all event signage and onsite promotional materials
Support Levels & Benefits $7,500/$10,000
Platinum Level: $7,500
Platinum Level sponsor will receive:
- Recognition on all promotional materials
- Logo inclusion in all promotional and email deployments
- Shared recognition on print and digital ad pages featuring the program
- Two (2) company attendee invitations to the AAO Annual Meeting reception
Diamond Level: $10,000
Diamond Level sponsors will receive:
- All Platinum Level sponsorship deliverables, plus:
- One (1) full-page advertisement in the digital supplement recapping the AAO Annual Meeting reception
- One (1) full-page letter from a company executive honoring the 40 Under 40ish honorees
- Four (4) company attendee invitations to the AAO Annual Meeting reception
